  • The Team Performance tool is intended as a public process for tracking progress, acknowledging contribution, and encouraging improvement of whole team dynamics.
  • The Individual Performance tool is intended as a private process for tracking progress, acknowledging ¬†contribution, and encouraging improvement of individual behavior in the context of their team goals and responsibilities.

The tools follow a similar format so they can be used together or separately.
